BetBot is an AI-powered sports research and analysis platform. Our service provides informational content, including game research, statistical analysis, and commentary on NBA betting markets. BetBot does not place bets, facilitate wagering, or operate as a sportsbook or gambling service.

All content on BetBot — including picks, confidence scores, and research — is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on this information.

3. Legal Compliance

BetBot does not encourage, endorse, or condone gambling in any jurisdiction where it is illegal. 5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. SMS Notifications

Description: BetBot offers optional SMS pick alerts. By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provide. Messages include AI-generated betting research picks with confidence scores and matchup details.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per day during peak NBA schedule, typically 1–5 messages on game days.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by toggling off alerts in your dashboard. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

BetBot will only use your phone number to deliver pick alerts and verification codes — never for marketing or promotional messages. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetBot and its operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions made based on our content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
